Upon receipt of order, Storytime will send an electronic invoice, which can be paid with a credit card, PayPal, Venmo, check or bank transfer.
Opening orders must be paid in full before the order will ship.
Credit Terms are available on reorders. Storytime Toys reserves the right to refuse credit on any account.
Finance Charges: A finance charge of 2.0% per month is applied to past due balances.
Overdue Invoices:
Accounts that are not paid after 60 days must prepay all future orders. Unpaid invoices are submitted to a collection agency after 90 days.
Shipping Policies
Surcharge: A $5.00 surcharge applies to all orders shipping to a residential address.
Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible unless otherwise negotiated with Storytime Toys.
Carriers: Orders are shipped from Randolph, NJ Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS or Trucking (LTL), unless otherwise discussed.
Freight Cost: Will be calculated for best way and added to invoice.
Handling and Ticketing Charge: handling charge may apply to all orders.
Product and Inventory
Sales Terms: All sales are final. Any damages, incorrect quantities or shipping issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, or remedies are forfeited.
Order Fulfillment
Backorders: Storytime Toys will automatically ship backorders over $90 unless "No Backorders Allowed" is noted or a cancel date is given.
Online Sales
Third-Party Sales Prohibition: The sale of Storytime Toys products on Amazon.com and other third-party platforms is strictly prohibited. Resellers may only sell from their dedicated business retail sites. Violations will result in account termination.
MAP Policy: Retailers must advertise products at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Contact Storytime Toys for MAP details. Violations will result in account termination.
Additional Policies
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is charged for canceled P.O.s and unauthorized returns.
Territory and International Sales: No guarantees on territory protection.
Duration of Prices: Prices are effective from January 2024 through December 2024 and are subject to change without notice.
